Topic: How about good old friendship... | |

Hey all
Was just wondering...everybody that is registered on this site is looking for a date. How about just making friends? The world is so full of diverse individuals, cultures and customs. Meeting people and learning these is such an exciting experience! What do you think guys, instead of just looking for a date how about making friends, after all relationships are about friendship right!? |

My way of thinking is technology has ruined peoples way of life they need to get out in the real world more often instead of sitting on their arses hoping that Mr/Miss Right will always be behind a screen.

"Doors" can be a mirage that can easily be a window off the top floor @Mercedes_01 Technology itself is not a problem, it is what we neglect to do hoping technology will somehow fix it |

The world is absurd, and though it means nothing I can observe and respect your observation about this generation. If it helps, I've made more friends than lovers off of this place. Just have fun and be a good person to those you meet. And all is well, for the most part. |

Technology defines the civilised people we are but it is not the key to the "couch potato" bar. Because of technology I can interact with you right now in real time and share ideas and experiences. Back to my post why be a "couch potato" bar patron ONLY to look for love? Isnt there so much more to learn from just being friends with people across the globe?

I'm lucky.
It took about nine years but I found the girl that was right for me. In the past three months my car was stolen with most of my possessions inside of the bloody thing, my cousin became a rat, and I had to move way too much furniture down a staircase. Blessed be those who never look to be blessed. Like John Waters suggested in terms that can't be NSFW - 'If you go someone's house and they don't read...' Well, at least they better have Netflix. |

I believe very strongly in this
Its not the fall that matters, its what we do after the fall |
