Marci, Can you help ? The DH site is not letting me log back in. Whether I use their change password or log in from another browser or using their "capcha" code. Let the gang know. I may have to begin from scratch. Annoying ! have you cleaned your cache? tried another browser? restarted pc? |

In Safari, close all the open windows, then close and reopen Safari. Then type in the direct address mingle2.com and log in.
For dat udder place, you will need to use a browser on a computer to reset your password. Clear your cache and cookies on the browser, but you'll need to borrow one, since you said the laptop was toast. If using the iPhone on dat udder place, all I had to do was enter my changed password and it came right back. Try using the "m." server instead of the "www." server on a desktop/laptop to log-in and change your password. You could also email support@datudderplace.com, with the email you used to sign up and tell them that you can't log in. They will assist. Edit: You could also do a hard reset on the iPhone, by holding the top button and the action button down together for 10-15 seconds, you will see the shut down screen, then it will restart and the Apple logo will appear. Then, once up and working, try again with Safari. |

Until i can establish another Email account, I am unable to either open an account on DH or get DH clearance.
I had msn & hotmail email accts. dropped them because of being hacked through them and people I emailed got hacked. Any suggestions ? |
