A coworker of mine was active duty and served in both Iraq and Afghanistan. He was stationed at Camp Chapman and Bagram at the time this guy went missing our soldier carried weapons at all times on base and especially when they left the base. His weapons were all left behind. I honestly am starting to think he flipped sides.

It appears to both Republicans and Democrats that President Obama violated that particular law.

It isn't the release of GITMO prisoners that's the problem.
It's the failure to notify Congress 30 days in advance as the law requires.
