iam feeling really damaged empty dont know how to go out from this afraid to find a girl now just to forget my X iam not a bad guy but really needs to forget

in treatment, we occassionally used the term "keeping it green". This refers to keeping in mind the crap that got us in the situation and how bad we felt in that situation. This is prevent making the same mistakes over and over again that also creative way thank you

Only one answer I can give... Vegas! Baby! if you mean travel yes that will be nice to have some time away thank u Well, travel is only part of my answer. Google "Las Vegas" also known as, 'sin city', a place of extravagance, gambling, wine, women and song. All proper distractions to take your mind elsewhere, separately or mixed at your own discretion. An American phrase is "To let your hair down", meaning... to relax, be yourself, go and have fun. You need to also "let off some steam", meaning that you need a release, a way to let these feelings out in a harmless (to anyone else) method, that also helps the inner you. Do not be what everyone/anyone else or the world EXPECTS you to be. Be true to yourself and become the person YOU would be proud of. Do not dwell on what has passed, instead look forward to the endless possibilities that the future holds.
