My Mutual Match indicates I have 17 matches. I went through the list (Yes, No, Maybe) and now it is stuck on one mutual match that doesn't respond to Yes, No, Maybe. I am stuck at that point. Any feedback/advice would be appreciated.

It seems when you run out of potential matches,
based on your parameters, that occurs. You might try expanding your areas of Search, selecting more potential matches, that usually clears up that problem. |

I frequently run into the same problem where one particular profile will continue to come up in my Mutual Match and not respond to Yes/No/Maybe. The input is taken, the little wheels turn, but that profile pops right back up. Sometimes the problem resolves itself if I log out and don't log back in for a period longer than 24 hrs. However, lately the bug (a stack error I presume) has hung around for days at a time and I can't get past the "stuck" profile. Mingle has a software problem with Mutual Match that needs to be resolved.

Thanks for the post, Floats_My_Boat. We'll revisit this bug to make sure that the account certain members get stuck on is the last appropriate one for that time. If this is no longer the case, we will address the issue sooner.

I've continued to have the same problem, except now there are 3 women's profiles that continually "stick" in a cycle in my particular case. I'd appreciate it if you would clear them for me so I can see potential new matches. Thanks!

I just joined the site and I was suppose to get an email so I could verify my email address and be able to respond to messages but I never received the email and I have resent it to my email address 10 times. I sent a message to the admin but have not received a response..Any ideas ?

I'm having the "endless loop" issue with the mutual match function - no matter how many times I click yes, no, or maybe, I get sent back to the same profile. Is mingle2 actually trying to fix this?

Welcome, jddmfd. We do hope to get the fix in an upcoming patch release, yes, although it may not be an endless loop.

Hey, I am finding the same Mutual Match problem that has been discussed before. The same person comes up over and over seemingly stuck in a loop. Expanded my search parameters and still have the problem.
