Zippy are you keeping most of the Sea Breeze there in the Bay? If you are I will suffer in silence to see you all more comfortable. Still thinking good thoughts for you. Glad you got out on the bike and enjoyed a little . Hope your Clinical Trials class was helpful. Check o n you soon. Star

Oh I believe.. Thank you all.... I'm just checking in.... I'm doing ok but yesterday I stopped to help a stranded woman and as a result I ended up with a burn on my wrist from hot water... Would I help again? yes I could see she was in a panic broke down in traffic like she was.... I'm good enough today so I'm gonna see if I can ride 20 miles on my bike.. God bless you all..

Well 20 miles sounds like a lot with the heat settling in. Maybe not do it all at one time. Get a few miles in after sun down when hopfully we get some repreve.

4 more days of radiation and that's finished... I'll have to come back every 3 months for the rest of my life. The woman you see with me in my profile pic is Teresa ..... She is the one for me..... My search is over... The trips back to Stanford are gonna be vacations every 3 months for Teresa and I... 5 days every time..... I might as well have fun out here... Gotta have fun..

I know all the prayers coming my way have helped... Yesterday I went to the Dr and was told my cancer is in check at this point and I'm gonna do everything I can to keep it there... Thank you all and god bless you all.. The zipster..
