No wait this whole mingle crowd is exceptional.. I was off line for a few days... I dropped my phone and broke it.. Lost all my info but I have a new phone now.. I'm feeling much better after being nursed back to health by my girlfriend who also lives in Sacramento.. I was down there in that heat the other day drove up to my house Saturday and what a relief from the heat... That 4000' under my house made a big difference....I'll keep this short as I'm still learning this new phone.... God bless this mingle family you all are a big help keeping my spirits up. Well I suppose that staying a little busy is good for passing the time. Seems like a house is constant project of one sort or another. I just love Sacramento Habitat for Humanity Restore. Saves me a bundle on stuff I need.
I need to get on some of my projects. Think I finally found someone who wants the piece of furniture I have been trying to pass on which will make things a lot easier on me to switch my bedroom from the front to the back where it is quieter. Use the larger room for my den with a hide a bed. Keep us updated as you go through your journey. Many are cheering you on. Pass on the good wishes to your lady friend. I am sure this is tough on her also. and Her

Having a good day.... I found a really cool park on the south san Francisco bay its 3miles from the house in staying at.... Brought my bicycle out and got in 10 miles... I think the path leads to san Jose...lol..
. I thank you all so much for your continued support... A few more weeks here 5 days a week still. God bless one and all..

I have good days, and like always I make the best of them .... I'm on the Stanford life long plan here so I see ill be tied to this place the whole time... They are world renowned for this kind of thing.... Tomorrow there is a meeting of others that like me are going through clinical trials... It's what we can do to help others in the future..
