Aliens are most likely already here, just not in the way you think. It's called Panspermia, where comets and meteorites could contain organism and crash into planets. Several years ago a scientist did find proof of this, but his findings are sketchy at best. Humanoid aliens visiting or invading us is very unlikely, as they probably don't exist. Life evolves to it's enviroment. Their may be similar planets to ours out there, but the conditions are not identical. We got hit by a meteor and killed the dinosaurs for instance, this didn't happen elsewhere, just earth. We are unique in the universe, there may be some form of life out there, but it isn't bipedial humanoid creatures like us.
