What I do is to go up to them and ask them what the time is and then I put my arms up in the air and go, "Ying! Ying! Ying! Ying! Ying!"

it has to be respectful and sincere. simply hello, how is your day going so some such. I would avoid approaching women on the streets. That has a sleaze factor of about a million times 10

How should a women be approach on the streets, clubs, and school? on the streets and in clubs i usually just grin and say, "hi" and extend my hand to be shaken. in schools i usually just ask them if they'll help me find my puppy if i give them candy. Joke made in the poorest of taste. Forgive me.
