No man can be an example. Man will fail. That is why Jesus had to come.
Man is only an example of our need for a savior. "For all have sinned and fall short..."

The source of all religions is God. Even trinity of God means three persons in one God. Adam is father of all. So, NOT for what?

This is where a lot of people get confused. Christianity's Holy Scripture is actually the New Testament. While we do consider The Old Testament to be Holy Scripture, we are the wild branches that are grafted in to The Vine. We are to live by The New Testament.

I see. So what made Yahshua sinless? The NT??

Jesus was sinless because he never broke a law. He never indulged in a sinful action. All his actions were pure and align with the laws.

And the new testament didn't "make" Jesus sinless. The new testament is the collection of books and epistles that are according to our lord and savior Jesus Christ.

so then just what does someone being an example mean to u?

Jesus is our example through what he did, not specifically cause of the new testament. The new testament is merely passed on knowledge of what has happened and what is yet to come. It's not a bedtime story written to read to children to make them go to sleep. That's how your statement makes it seem. Jesus was a real live breathing being in the flesh.

No the point is u say Yahshua was our example and he died for our sins . then say what he did was useless because his example to u was useless.

Mark 7:6-7

6 He answered and said to them, "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written:

'This people honors Me with their lips,
But their heart is far from Me.
7 And in vain they worship Me,
Teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.'

At what point Did we say that what Jesus did was useless? He is that Example! Christian literally means Christ like, it does not mean Christ. we can never be perfect but when God looks at us he sees Jesus if we have accepted the payment that He made for our sins. I am worried that you really want to argue theology and dogma.

if u do not follow and do what he did then u follow man not him. so that makes him useless to all who do.

Heb 10:29-31
29 Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know Him who said, "Vengeance is Mine, I will repay," says the Lord. And again, "The LORD will judge His people." 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

Sure, if u do not follow and do what the Prophet did then u follow man not Him.
People who are faithfully true to their trusts, and strictly guard their prayers. Those are indeed the inheritors, who shall inherit the paradise. They shall dwell therein forever. So all prophets and some of followers shall inherit the paradise.
Messengers are infallible in carrying out their mission. They do not forget anything that Allah (God) has revealed to them.

But anywho, what does Jesus saying he is the way ect ect and Jesus being crucified have any connection to one another? Jesus wasn't crucified as an example, he was crucified for he was thought to have been speaking blasphemy. And died to save you.

Can you please explain the relevance between Jesus telling us people hate him and us doing his will people will hate us, to what is being discussed?

What does that have to do with Jesus being the way? Or Jesus' crucifixion on that note. Jesus wasn't crucified because they hated him, he was crucified again for what they thought blasphemy against God.

John is considered the unreliable gospel. Many scholar feel that Jesus never claimed to be g-d. John is unreliable because just like that children's game of "whisper the down lane", the longer a story is told, the more it gets distorted. There is an excellent analysis of John by a former minister which demonstrates this quite clearly, esp. in relation to the other gospels, but I forget his name now, might be on the Disinformation website

Isaiah 43:3
3 For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.

Exodus 20:2
2 I am the Lord thy God, which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

Psalm 81:10
10 I am the Lord thy God, which brought thee out of the land of Egypt: open thy mouth wide, and I will fill it.

Well I don't know what those "scholars" are reading, but it is found all through the entire bible that Jesus is God, not just from John. The context of the verses have no relevance btw, just used for example purposes of the Lord eg., Jesus saying he is our/thy God.

For I am the Lord thy God, who in the world do you think Lord is in question here? The only Lord there is. Thus the reasoning the scriptures capitalize the "L" in "Lord", to show more precisely whom it in reference to.
