Messages are not sending. My last activites shows that I did message someone but m not getting reply.

Welcome, rajeev_kumar009. Looking at your email history right now, your messages are being sent. As long as you do not send contact information or profanity in first-contact emails, they will continue to be delivered.

Does my replies being sent even if i havent verified my account yet? I havent seen it in my recent activity. And the verification notice always pop out whenever i try sending them. Are they being sent? |

Winlei, if you would like Mingle2 to take care of verifying your email address do this: Send an email as directed below: "For anybody that has checked their spam folder to no avail, please send an email from your registered email address to the following address: m2.support@nextc.com Give your message "verification" for its title." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ So, you would go to whatever email you have listed here: http://mingle2.com/inbox/mail_settings and send an email to: m2.support@nextc.com with "verification" as the subject. They will take it from there :-) |

What makes you think that they are not sending, rajeev_kumar009? Your outgoing mail and nudge activity looks normal.
sweetstine23, make sure that you click the 'Send Message' button when done composing your message. You have only added one person as a favorite, at this time. You have not sent any emails, although I can test it on my account if we have to. |

Basically, this cuts down the number of first-contact emails that one can send within a two-to-three-day period (we can't divulge anymore information about this limit). However, a member affected by this limit will still be able to send an unlimited number of emails to those with whom he or she has already had some back-and-forth. It should be noted that MinglePlus members are exempt.' http://mingle2.com/welcome/faq_message There is also another message limitation..if the emails exceed a certain number and within a timeframe. This ones cures in minutes. |

Hi I want to know if my message sent. Once you click on send, you get a drop-down confirmation that says something like 'Message Successfully Sent'.. that is how you know. If you have Premium, you can see when they read/opened it. (Here is a wee workabout: you can go to their profile, scroll to the absolute bottom, on the left is the history between you and the one you mailed, you can see it there if sent.) |

Hi, is the site still working. I’ve sent messages to people but it seems like they can’t receive. In the activity History I saw a person send me message but I don’t find it, can’t find it. Please help

The person I sent message to is my Match which means we both clicked yes, so I don’t think she’s not interested. In the history tab, I clearly see ‘ .... sent you a message 1 day ago’ but I can’t find that message. Does my mail setting block me from viewing her message??

no ndy your mail settings will not prevent you from viewing a reply to a message you sent.
if yoyr history shows she sent a message and it is not there, the odds are that admin deactivated her for rules violations. try viewing her profile again to see if she was deactivated |

Hi eric, she’s not deactivated, still there. I also added her (and some other people) as friends but haven’t got any response yet. I feel like I’m invisible or my account doesn’t work properly. So sad right now
