Like how do you let them know. Do you rub your nose looking at their nose with a booger hanging out of it? Do you point at their booger hanging out of there nose. What if its like moving in and out when you're talking about is that funny to you?

I'd do the nose rub in combination with whispering "psst...you gotta little boogie.." the ones that move...those are called flappers and yeah that can be funny!
