I am such a shy dude when I am around women.. I mean, I saw this drop dead gorgeous woman jogging, she smiled at me and said hi, i smiled back at her and said hi... but then she just kept jogging away.. That could've been my future right there. I am so shy, that I dont usually say anything unless someone says something to me. I dont know how to break out of it. I mean, its so easy online, I met all my girlfriends online and all them had some serious issues but in person for the first time when its not from online, its so much tougher. I dont know what to do. I need to find a woman soon or i am gonna crumble real fast. I dont know how to overcome this shyness outside of the internet.

Well everyone is different but I'm like that too. If I meet girls with the goal of becoming romantic with them, I have trouble thinking of things to say to them and get nervous too. However I found that if I meet girls with the goal of just meeting someone new and making a new friend it takes the pressure off. So maybe next time you see that girl jog past, maybe just ask her if she would like a jogging partner and if she agrees you can get to know her and just see how things go.
