Sounded good...printed the recipe and will try!!
Found a really simple one which passed inspection!!! SOUTHWESTERN HASH Brown 1 chopped onion with hamburger...(green or red pepper wouldn't hurt) It didn't say to season...but I did with favorite seasonings...Creole, Spike.. Drain meat and return to pan. Stir in 3 cups of frozen potatoes O'Brien. Cook together and stir in cup of salsa. It says to add chopped black olives or chopped green olives...i didn't have any and it was good with out it... I think a nice option(s) dob of sour cream, guachmole, sprinking of shredded Mexican type cheese... |
