If your girlfriend or boyfriend call on phone and started apologising for what you know nothing about, what wil you do?And what could be the reason why he/she is apologising?

Ahhh, the burden of guilt.
They confess to ease the load. From them to you. |

But does it make sense to apologise without tellin the person what you did?@Soufiehere

She either broke/lost something of yours or cheated.

Most likely something from her past. I would forgive her and tell her I admire her honesty.

Why not ask her?

If your girlfriend or boyfriend call on phone and started apologising for what you know nothing about, what wil you do?And what could be the reason why he/she is apologising? First, I'd ask them, "What are you apologizing to me for?" Second, it's never a good idea to guess why someone else is apologizing unless you know the back story. ... returning to edit... Oh yeah, I almost forgot the main point. Your title OP reads, Confession in Relationship. A generalized apology without an explanation is NOT a confession. |

I think that the OP probably just meant that they're apologising and telling you that they did something that you hadn't been aware of. "Sorry about blaming the dog for that fart I let off". I suppose that they're telling me because they can admit it to me as their boyfriend but did it because they didn't want my family knowing that I just introduced them to my new chronically flatulent girlfriend.

Maybe she is apologizing for something she's about to do...

Maybe she is apologizing for something she's about to do... ;) then comes the break up tale! "It's NOT you - it's me!" |
|
|
|
Maybe she is apologizing for something she's about to do... Better than her asking me to pull her finger I suppose. |

That's right, it just means you're Canadian..as they are known to apologize too much for nothing.... or British if she throws a question on the end. " sorry then, aren't I...I think that translates to piss off and get over and it. if they ask me for forgiveness a just say: It is for your psyciotrist to forgive. I'm so sorry if you didn't find this of significant help,eh |
