I believe there is more to this topic. Though money cannot buy love but it can add flavour to the taste of love. That offer of such huge amount must come with some level of commitments as well , could be a payment for some special services.

Well I'm from Namibia and I think it can work if both is really committed to the relationship and loyal to their partners. You don't ask for love to happen to you. At the end of the day you should be truthful to one another and if you love and care for each other you can overcome all obsticals put on your path

I know several women who get paid $1,000+ a month for a long distance relationship. Though sometimes the payer isn't quite far enough away. It's called alimony.

Yes, love really does take work to keep it devout especially in lengthy and/or long distance relationships. If you don't think so you've never really experienced one, in my opinion.

In today's very strained and sometimes difficult economy, if someone loves you and wants to help meet your needs by extending money and they can afford the offer, I don't see anything evil or wrong with that. In fact, that is simply an outpouring and testament of their love, again, in my opinion.
