What do you believe about smudging? Does it really get rid of negative energy?

maybe so if bad smells are negative energy... seems more like an incense than anything else...

yeah it works, but not always. It doesn't work on all levels.
If you want to clear old, stale energies (from conflicts, arguments, illness, just in general to clean, energies from previous tenants etc) no problem. If you want to get rid of entities you may want to consider getting an expert in if you aren't experienced at all.

Personally hate sage, works on the central nerve system, always makes me feel weird in my head, so I steer clear from it as much as I can. Don't like the smell either. I use Palo Santo. Don't like that smell either, but at least it doesn't mess with my head,

I smudged my underwear the other day, only made me have negative energy. Hey, are you supposed to be... oh yeah a social worker- science out the window? You do Rapid Eye Movement too? Just joking, I don't believe what they say about social workers- they are the ones who take away your kids and give you food stamps.

I do believe certain people are energy drainers or give forth positive energy. Think about some of the clients you have had and then you might understand what I mean. Whether or not they leave their energy behind, I am not sure. I had a couple of clients that drained me. I had others that energized me.

I have absolutely no idea what this means.

Oh yeah, I have seen such unrelated things like colds cured during really good sessions and I actually feel that "if it works for you..." esp., past-life regression in hypnosis. But I also believe there are too many idiots in the field.

Yes, I know what you mean that there are some that should not be in the helping field.

I have found those with personality disorders are the most draining. Also, those that won't admit there is a problem.

I think any technique used to calm your mind and soul is a good thing so yes I think it works if you believe.
