It does my head in, when so-called health experts say stuff like "Eat this, it will improve the problem". It never does. Which is why they'll only ever be so-called. It's in the mind. Nothing to do with nutrition, ffs. And I can honestly say more people have died from having heart attacks, from being on them high fibre diets, than any dr will admit. Because it helps block the colon, not loosen it. Ha ha. Health "experts" I think not.

The ER is so cold and they want to monitor me for four hours. Ugh Just think, it's for the best ;) I know how frightening hospitals can feel. And they're always so damn noisy. lol. It may be something as minor as a virus. Don't worry unless they give you a reason to? Me and my sisters were talking about 'Dr Who' earlier. One of them was talking about the time lord, and I called it the Overlord. Wtf? Must be the coffee. :blinking: Come back John Barrowman
