In and ever changing world, things change but yet stay the same,
it more so changes, things change, people change, wether its illness, or addictions, things that can be helped, somethings that cannot be helped, the addiction is what I have a hard time understanding, when it changes a person so much, you dont even know who they are, they had so much going for them, only to lose it all, its so sad, like a flower that dies, or the sun losing its light, I will never understand how a person can do that to themselves is beyond me, well these are my thoughts, not really a poem, just thoughts.

I've seen it to, yes very sad and nothing you can do until they help themselves

Sometimes addiction happens by accident , insidiously, but getting rid of it is no accident, and there's nothing insidious about that
