Lazy days.... wanna sleep again..

i was on a lng journey and my first thot was to get hme as soon as posbl and grab sme sleep

This morning my first thought was about... The cat waking me. Thought that was crammed into said previous thought... COFFEE... Atop of COFFEE was the thought... Better hit the treadmill...

Same as most mornings...I hope its at least 5:O0 am.
It turned out to be 2:30 am and I was wide awake and nice & early for my 7:20 am saftey meeting.  planed to get a few more hours sleep
but it didn't happen. Tired all day

So much to do today, will finally re-submit that manuscript!!!

Woke at 230AM... Back to sleep... Woke at 430AM and thought wtf, went outside to feed cat(s)... Laid in the bed til 530AM debating between treadmill or yoga... Coffee won.
