''through self awareness''….otherwise ''attraction is not a choice''' ( its not a conscious choice )---we all have core beliefs about ourselves and others and favorite feelings that we need to recycle--- this is what is really guiding us-- thats the short of it---it will be a lot more easy to know once we get to know our selves better and get in touch with our feelings---most people are running on auto and fallowing there ''life script to the payoff''---then putting the blame ''out there'' then they push the reset button and start all over---good luck--- like i said the better you know yourself the better choices you will make---
