If what happened during the first day of the annual Conservative Political Action Conference is any indication of thing to come, then the GOP is headed for trouble in 2016.

TheHill.com reports, "Despite attempts to unify since the party’s devastating 2012 presidential loss, rifts clearly remain within the GOP and were on full display Thursday."

And, "On Friday, many of the GOP's presidential has-beens will take the stage."

I hope so, one down, one to go.

Truth in Media "End Partisanship"

"Ben Swann explains how the new coalition of EndPartisanship.org is working to break the 2 party hold on primary elections, which currently lock around 50% of voters out of the process. Plus, Ben details a lawsuit that has now been filed in the state of New Jersey to break that hold."

I wish the Republicans really were in trouble for 2016, but the facts are that it's still a long way off, and it's almost never as bad as many would like to think. Two years is enough time for even the goofy Republicans to turn their problems around. It's also a lot of time to be collecting campaign contributions and for their buddies the Koch Brothers to buy more influence for their causes.

The way Obama has destroyed this county there is no way Republican's will lose in 2016. The only issue at CPAC was Governor Christie. He probably just forgot to take his meds is all.

I am still hoping he get indicted for blocking off that bridge.

Yea, but when you have a President who's approval rating are sinking faster then the Titanic, it's not that unpredictable.

My only concern is that nutjob Rand Paul will get the nomination.

Biden won't get the nomination, Hillary's got it locked in. Biden is going to try to make a run, but he has ran twice before and barely made a showing. Being VP for Obama wont help him either........

Either way, Hillary or Biden will get slaughtered in 2016 by the Republican candidate.

How can you really say that, it is all preordained. For example, Odumbo and McCain, really no winners there so what would be the best of the worse? And then, Odumbo and Romney, give me a break.

Or a great example, on a recent ballot in central Florida, one office has two candidates, both Republican. Now if you weren't a registered Republican, you didn't get to vote for a representative.

Aren't they both members of Bilderberg and have equal say to the candidates? And how come no body mentions Gates?

2016, Republicans are losers always, they don't have to wait. There is a long list of Republican losers, way too long to print here and Christie wouldn't necessarily be at the top of the list.

You didn't get the memo, GI Joe will be running on the Mattel ticket in 2016. What an honest candidate, a real puppet of a politician.

The Ice Queen has been marked a "too ill" to run..... wonder if it's a health or character issue they reference?

Besides..... Obozo will create his war in the next 2 years by pi$$ing off the wrong nation or nations, and claim a 3rd term under the war powers act

May even be our own.....

Now that is something I could vote for. Could we add to this list? I would like to add Cheney, GW Bush, Bill Clinton, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, John McCain, Chris Christie, Michael Bloomberg, Eric Cantor, Mitch McConnell....
