Williams is being polite, because the people he refers to as "liberals" are people who support the Democratic Party and Democrat politicians.

In short, African-Americans are demeaned and dismissed if they dare to say anything negative about ideas and policies supported by the Democratic Party and Democrat politicians.

For example, African-American economists Walter E. Williams and Thomas Sowell have used sound research to explain why minimum-wage laws are harmful to African-Americans, but because the Democratic Party promotes increases in the U.S. minimum wage, the findings of Williams and Sowell are dismissed by people who consider it more important for them to be good Democrats than to oppose policies that are harmful to African-Americans.

Now, I am not saying that a policy is automatically wrong because it is supported by the Democratic Party.

What I am saying is that a policy isn't automatically right because it is supported by the Democratic Party.

Sadly, too many Americans have been taught to believe that the Democratic Party always knows best, that Democrat politicians always know best.

So, they don't complain about the hatred the Democrats have for Conservatives of color who refuse to reside on the Democratic Party plantation.

They don't acknowledge any wrongdoing by either the Democratic Party or Democrat politicians.

Instead, they always accept whatever the Democratic Party says, because they believe the subtle unspoken message that their well-being depends on the Democratic Party.

So sad.


By the way, the Republican Party and Republican politicians don't always know best, either.
