most of the time ,wen i write a message n send it, it says incorrect phase. even i only write hello or hi, it says incorrect phase.why? plizz help.

Hmmmm, it almost sounds like it is prompting you
to enter a phrase (an M2 tool to help with scammers) and rather than doing that, you are attempting to email around it. Has it asked you to copy letters? Does it look like this?
