I think everything is alive. Rocks and gravity effects have tendencies just like a person and I sometimes don't really see nature being some inanimate entity. Maybe that is dreamy, but pantheism looks pretty good how David Chalmers spits it. From personal inklings and nothing else, I say yes to life. In my mind I am 100% sure and would bet my life on it in the blink of an eye, but I don't have arguments. It is known to me and that is what i go off of.

Other intelligent life? About 5% chance. Galaxies have hundreds of thousands to millions of star systems and we have millions to billions of galaxies. The universe is still growing. Our solar system has a medium size star. Blue stars burn out to fast to create intelligent life. Red stars burn so slow that some may have bacterium, while others have nothing. In time, they might gain intelligent life. ... Just not yet. In short, if other life does not yet exist, it is sure to down the road.
