if it came down to your job or working with this jerk.........??? If you aren't willing to stand up and defend yourself, no one else will. You may not be the only one he has done this to. The more he gets away with it, the worse it will get for you and anyone else he chooses to harass.......

I'd write it down first...person. place, time, who was there. what was said. what or where did he touch you... gather your thoughts... then go forward.... no one should have to hide or cower behind a co-worker....
take care and let him or any supervisor know....it was not appropriate behavior!!

Wow Alanna77, you should have yelled at him and yet him know that wasn't okay.
But oh well, just go tell the hire up managerment and or his boss and or maybe there is a company number you can call to report this type of problem and they can take care of it. Or even a store owner, somebody. That just isn't right. Hope you feel better.

i had something similar happen to me. I deliver to shops around town and usually deal with "techs". one day i had to deal with one of the "suits". I told my manager and he called their HR dept. That should NEVER happen. |

You are no scared rabbit ......... write it all down and report it asap, before anyone can try to come up with another story. LOOK, I've been where you are and I hit back! I know you were scared, and that's ok, but don't let this a$$hole get away with this.
