Topic: Take a bite out of crime

Submitted an app for a police officer position but worried about passing the physical test. I already have my public safety degree, and was accepted to academy ( but had to withdraw, family emergency) 6 years ago. Ready to continue on the road to my dream but not in the best shape. Been working on it :) down 30lbs and falling! Couldnt pass up the opportunity to apply though because they dont hire very often. Just looking for some support.

Just take it slowly. Get into whatever diet and exercise program works for you and stick with it. When the next opportunity raises it's head, you will be ready! Good health should be a lifelong commitment anyway.
