Just a Little Honesty Please

In honesty I have my peace of mind
Even as others look for faults to find
Cannot look you straight in the eye
Twist and turn and blatantly lie
Thinking just now I clearly see
I would not want this done to me
Here in this world it is hard to tell
Even some people I think I know well
So all that I ask from people out there
Give it some thought and a little care
In speaking to people involved in your life
Honesty is harmony lying brings strife
As I leave you tonight I will ask you to think
Perception of honesty what'��s the weakest link
The lie and the liar will never gain trust
Deceit and deception brings only disgust
This little rant is now over I go to bed
Tired and weary to rest the grumpy old head
As I drift off to sleep I just want to rest

Speaking to people ,just want the honest ones

Because I think simply....... they are really the best
