My message alerts have stopped so dont know when message recieved unless go onto site how do i get alerts?

This worked best for me and others, I placed this in my contacts of my personal mail: no-reply@mingle2.com which expresses acceptance of any notification from Mingle2. (Often your personal email will put notifications in the junk email file like Charles noted above.) |

I also am not getting message alerts even though I checked the section for mail settings and it is checked to receive message alerts, why is this, when I think to come on to the site I have messages from 20 hrs or days ago. No I'm not getting anything in my spam i check that everyday. Please help with this. |

It should be noted, if you have changed your email address to an address other than the addy used in creating your account, and you haven't updated your Mingle2 account, the notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your Mingle2 account.
