Its obvious that your a sensitive ,quality youngman who is looking for a serious relationship. I think its impressive because most men your age are only looking for a hookup. However a serious relationship with someone requires patience, and they just don't fall from the sky and happen overnight. I suggest you put yourself out there more. Go out with your friends, have some fun, discover who you are and what you want. Then a young girl will notice you. Good luck in your search.

First thing your line on 'trying'; Stop 'trying'. Now that’s a real serious start.

Second, the conversation reminded me of the song by Amy Winehouse "you got to be stronger than me.." Not necessarily stronger but say financially independent.

Mike himself, being the over muscled sap that he is (was?); thought it was his great sex appeal; his brut image, (which was ok for the box office). You probably know the rest of the story. (The vamp did the right thing by putting him behind bars but we are getting diverted now.) I think, young people, if they are 'working; think like Mike Tyson – they ruffle up and give importance to the ‘wrong side’ of their image; and loose the girls even before the game is on.

So obviously, Mike should have had the macaroni to see what Beyoncé saw in him, which was..? Ok, i'll spell it out? Instead of deep mutual admiration between the world’s two highest paid professionals; the pleasure of the black gladiator and his geisha; dumb Mike threw his paw at her, shucks; hurts in the retelling.

Got a wee bit distracted again, but yeah, independence. I'm assuming you are a bit adrift, not a bread earner yet, (nothing wrong); what happens when you do get work is exactly opposite and that's when you don't have the time and the young ladies keep entering your life - messing and so on; Observe if this isn't happening with the other working Joe.
