Haha, anyone ever notice that some people just seem to message you regardless of what you write? It's just like... they don't read it at all, and have nothing in common with you, and just message you with something generic and bland. Come on, does that actually work? :-P
 Gotta stick out in the crowd with this kinda stuff, am I right? Especially around here in New York, we have so many single people running around! It's hard to choose.

Of course that's true. You wonder what they are thinking about? Maybe they feel as if they want to get to know you better. I'm sorry, I'm sure this doesn't help...men can be very confusing at times

Yes, I've noticed. It's especially bad when they barely even speak English. The whole thing can be quite discouraging.

yep, men can be very confusing. To be honest, sometimes I confuse myself. I understand what you mean though. It does help to actually read what the woman has written before you write her.

if & when i look at someones' profile i leave a short messege saying i took a look & leave a hello. don't comment on what i read in their profile. if they respond back then the conversation starts. if they don't... oh well.

I think my profile is pretty unique. Haha, I was kinda specific in what I was looking for. A simple, "hi, you're pretty, wanna go out for dinner?" just doesn't cut it for me...

I'm a pretty odd person. So I guess normalcy doesn't interest me much.
 I'm looking for someone as out of my mind as I am.
But of course, that's just me. Not everyone can be a lovable whack job like myself. I'm the oddball, I think, not everyone else.

My 2 cents Hmm read over the profile in question. It describes a tall order but in the end it says not to be afraid of messaging which leads me to conclude that some points in the message may very well be negotiable. One point in the profile which would exclude my doing a message for possible contact is the person dosen't want kids. Wanting a compatable wife and children is the highest goal in my life second only to serving the Lord. So see not everyone will or is messaging. |
