You have 3 copies of the exact same photo; that needs to be rotated so it can be viewed without craning the neck. You need to write more in your profile about you're like and what you're looking for.

Add more pics...and turn them so they are not sideways.

Try editing the orientation of a picture like 90 degrees and then change it back and save it. Then try uploading it. I've had a few pictures that while the camera should have oriented the picture a certain way. When I view it on my computer it was sideways. Do that fixed the problem. Basically I think there is either a glitch in the site that causes the picture to go sideways. Or there could be something in the file that makes it think it's supposed to be that way. So if you try editing the picture the way I suggested. That might fix it.
