I've seen some gifs that played so fast you would think the design was to give someone a seizure. I just don't get why anyone would make one play so fast. That's why I wonder if people have that kind of control when they make them.

That's why I wonder if people have that kind of control when they make them. I think they might, I've never created a gif, but I'd assume they have control of the animation.

That angel gif reminds me of a story of someone who let a friend use their computer and the friend didn't know you could set a slide show kind of thing for your wallpaper. When they started the wallpaper was an angel statue kind of off in the distance. they spent time researching for a paper and then they finished the picture had changed to the angel statue's face being all they could see up close. It freaked them out a little bit. lol
