Good morning..any suggestions on what will chase a sinus headache away without it being medicine...ahh the changing of the seasons is kicking in........

snuggles if you like onions try eating more of them during the worst of sinus season...i put them in just about every meal somehow and it really lessons the severity of the allergy symptoms...we have so many allerigies in my family I say we are allergic to each other!

Try some hot tea, well, really anything hot but for me, tea works best. Also, you can alternate ice and hot packs where it hurts. If you can handle spicy, anything that will make your nose run also helps :) (Queen of sinus infections here). There's also a thing called a neti pot that works really well, but you usually have to order them online, most stores don't carry them.

Thank you both, this morning I am going to give the hot tea a shot. Will try to use more onions when cooking, and will check into the neti pot for my son, his sinus are horrible with having a deviated septum.

Morning all. Thumper your friend over served me last night with the two bottles of champange,but boy it felt good to let my stress go.But now back to reality,I leave today on my trip,so I will talk to you all when I get back on the 19th.Have fun,stay safe and smile.
