I just weight train every day
was running until a month ago gave it up I hate running no fun running I do like lifting though but been lifting on and off for 27 years more on than off |

I just got started back about 4 mons ago.i was huge

been back lifting going on 2 years this jan
only tried the running thing this summer still hated it |

i hate running to.i need cardio for fighting..i was at 345lbs now im 280 im shootin for 220
