Topic: The Love I Seek. A Random Muse. | |
---|---|
My dearest, my Love thou hath my Heart Stole;
Thus unto you I giveth it whole. The charm of your words hath swept my mind clean; No worries shall hold your place whilst I dream. For this I must thank your warm loving kind. You giveth me life and alloweth to shine; A heart once cased in cold hardened stone. You allowed it to beat and welcomed me home. It is your arms I seek relentlessly by day; with dreams in the night at your side I may lay. In the morning awake my dream comes to end; Awaking to dream at your side again. If you still trek this world far or near; My love I do seek your presence to share. Allow me to speak my heart and to bare; All that I love and relinquish our fear. Whence time doth come our paths may so cross; I should hope that you welcome my dreams and my hopes. On that fair day we just may receive; The blessings of love to hold and believe. |

I must apologize I do not write Poetry all too often anymore and am a wee bit rusty to say the least let alone do I usually share it with the masses. I generally save it for my loved one. So go easy on me guys but please do let me know what you think. I welcome criticism and ideas.
