Selling gems across international borders are a really good way to screw up your life. DO NOT DO IT. Not only can you get ripped off you can land yourself in HUGE trouble violating any number of laws including landing you on a terrooist watch list so that if you ever hope to travel or have certain employment you are so not going to be able to.
