You went for DNA test, and the result reveal that, those children are not your children. What will you do?

Well in my book DNA doesn't have a darn thing to do with parenting so if I have been acting as the child's parent I don't give a hang. I am going to keep doing what I have been doing. Until the guardian and or the child asks me not to. Rarely will a child that does not have a parent totally reject someone who is looking out for their best interest. Some parents are ignorant enough to do it but rarely will a court order guardian reject you for taking some of the responsibility for a child.

If I have not been parenting the child well then I would probably want to know how anyone is trying to pass off a child as mine.

Maybe for the child's sake I would get involved.

I have several of my Foster kid's that have in the absence of family honored me as "Mom/Grandma" in their kid's lives. Good parenting is something people seem to see as a life time need/blessing.

Parenting a child that is not yours is not all wine and roses and definitely NOT for the inexperienced or the faint of heart.

It would depend upon my time and involvement with the child(ren) and the other parent

I would most likely step aside gradually, if me and the other parent were not in a relationship

if we were in a relationship, that would most likely end and I would stay as much a part of those childrens lives as I could,,,
