Not your best pic for a lead shot. Look and smile at the camera and this would be a pretty good profile. 8 out of 10

You need to add more to your profile, what do you want in a woman? Also I would use the last photo of you in the hat as your main one. Good Luck and I hope you find what you are looking for.
