One thing that I dont not notice any where on here was mention of a
different route that you could have taken, is there an elevator? if
there is then no dont sue it will be a waist of time and money. Also
what does the sign say about ppl sueing? that could be a case winner or
breaker.

there is only one set of stairs...so no i had no other choice..its in
the open of all types of weather..all they do is paint the stairs to
make them look pretty and like i said b4,there r other complaints on the
same set of stairs..so im good to go and i did call sam berstein,he;s on
my case...ty peeps...imma get my money worth

no u cant see the step broke..duh,i would of skipped it....my hospital
bill alone was over 2,000...irregardless if i had insurance or not...so
if i didnt have insurance,im responcible for it...HELL NAW..peeps get

I still think it sounds like you just want the money. The world is too
sue happy. If the steps were that bad u should have been more carefull.

u will need $ 4 your doctors bill 4 sure so check with a attorney

kb you don't need to go to the doctor to get anything, insurance
companies don't want to go to court, but, if you do not go to the doctor
the amount will be hard to determine and they will settle for much less
I have seen it happen I know, go to doc and sue by all means I had the
same exact thing happen when I was 19 and I did nothing, except in my
case it was my back that got hurt. It's fine now but I told the guy fix
the steps and we'll forget about it well he never did anything and
neither did I damn I was stupid, do it or regret it
later...............

I am still in process..the apartment complex is fighting it.and they
tried to cover up the other complaints on the stairs.which is makin a
bit harder for my case but luckely the peeps who made the claim still
have the complaint form....ill still keep u posted.
