For good Sameritains! Glad there are still some really good
people out there is this world still!

I lost my drivers liscence the other day- it was stollen out of
the car. I just got it back in the mail today, it was found on the side of the road.

The couple who found it tried to take it to my home- but I had moved and had'nt changed the address on my liscense yet. They
than took it to the Secratary of states office and it was mailed
back to me with a note telling me where they found it, their name, and number.

I called and thanked them for making sure I got it back.
I really did'nt have the money to get a new one. I was worried
about who had it. I was so relieved to get it back.

I have found items and made sure they got back to their owners
in the past too (wallets, etc...). I am really glad there are
other people out there who still do it also...

Me and my mom were going to the doctor's and we had just walked in through the doors and were going to the stairs (because the elevators always take forever) and there was a man sitting in the waiting room and his wife and granddaughter were in the pharmacy a little ways away and just as we reached the door to the stairs this elderly man fell off the chairs and starting to have seizures on the floor so my mom ran over and was helping him because the security guard didnt know what to do and was just kinda staring at this old guy and my mom told me to leave and to go to my appointment so i wouldnt be late but i guess he had some sort of heartattack or something but he's ok.

These people really went out of their way to get that back to you. I think that is just wonderful!

I had a flat at the mall
a guy on his lunch break changed my tire and wouldn't let me pay him for doing so
I sent a letter to the local paper
and they printed my thank you to this Good Samaritan

there are tons of good people out there
I am glad someone took time to get your license back to you

No story just a comment...Good for you! There are a few good people left in this world!

Unfortunately, the rightful owner had long since died. So I kept it.
