It appears people think I have been scammed and I'm crying about it. WRONG!!! I have not been scammed out of any of my hard earned cash. But I do feel compelled to forewarn others. Hindsight is 20/20. And yes they do prey on the vunerable, lonely and broken hearted. I may not be the prettiest girl on the block but I don't lack self esteem. I'm lonely yes but not vunerable. My heart has been broken a few times but it will always mend. I'm not that desperate that I'll pay any man for his love and affection. Especially not a scammer. Beware and good luck. May you all find what your heart desires.

I had a scammer that after I told the person I knew he/she was a scammer. I talked to that person for two years and then got them to send me 4 money orders for the amount of $4000 each. I've never seen a place that would make one of those out for that amount. But out of the off chance that by some unforeseeable act of god they could have been real. I took them to the bank and if I hadn't asked the teller to confirm them. She probably would have cashed them. But they took they to who ever was in charge and confirmed they were fake. Now the funniest thing was this scammer tried two times before to send me money orders and they were probably getting confiscated. So I told them to wrap the money orders in paper this time to hide them. Which they did. When I confronted them with everything. They accused me of stealing the money and what ever that way. I asked them why I would cash something I was sure was fake. Never got an answer to that question as I recall. That was the most rewarding scammer experience I have ever had. lol

the limit
of a money order
in a store
is $500
a $4,000 money order
would be very fishy

I have to wonder how it makes sense to people who fall for the scam of someone sending them money and then sending it back. Even if they say you keep a percentage of it. How does that make sense. Makes as much sense for me to tell you I'm going to send you my leg. You can keep my foot but I want my leg back. Or you can keep the upper half of my leg but I want the lower half back. It basically sound like even if the check or money order isn't fake then it's a money laundering scheme. I don't know what the punishment for that is. But I know I don't want to experience it. lol

Talking to scammers is NOT smart.

Weather you know it or not the more you talk the more they find out about you; if nothing else when you are on line and home and are not.

Linking to anti-scammer sites alone get lot of garbage on your computer and can open your computer to the very people you want to avoid most.

As soon as you even get a whiff that someone is a Scammer report and delete them and run your security program. Running a computer program and changing passwords regularly can help protect you.

The most important thing is use your brain. People who have any common sense don't get all hearts and flowers instantly. They have no clue you are who you are.

Someone does not live in your country how likely is it that you are really going to meet them and have any life together? International travel is horrendously expensive and any normal person is not going to abandon everything they own and travel across the world for you a person who could turn out to be anything. People do not want to be enslaved to someone just because they get them out of one situation into another. Why make yourself a stepping stone? If they are asking for money that is the clearest indication in the world that is all you are.

I once had a scammer that asked if I wanted to talk to them on webcam and said sure. I was expecting them to use a video or cam feed they stole. But they actually showed themselves. It was two guys laughing. They thought they had pulled a fast one on me and said they should have taken all my money. I told them I knew they were scammers because of their horrendous English and I wouldn't have given them nothing.

well if you set up something on you tube let me know. I started conversing with someone on here too. a month later, he started giving me a sad story and started asking me for money. I had his profile deactivated. Let me know how the you tube is going

This is a reminder to not post user names or other information. Report any suspected scammer and the site will look into it

If it is off site it's out of our jurisdiction and needs to be reported to that site
