Having been widowed at your age I can say I don't envy your position.

I learned it was not the best lead because more often than not people don't know how to relate or don't believe you; even resent you.

Probably want to tell people more about your personal interests.

And career situation; since most people know the military is going through massive layoffs. And as young as you are you are still fast getting too old for a lot of employment options.

And the deal with your kids. Most females are going to want to know what they are getting into. If you are military your kids are going to get their share of your pay and perks under first come first served.

If you are low rank/time in service what you earn is sure no secret. Probably why I would be less incline to show my rank in photos. Kind of sets you up for scammers.

Mention some of your adventures out in the field. No doubt you have some interesting stories to tell.
