One time that happened to me when I didn't feel like saying it back, cause I didn't, I just acted like I didn't hear. We didn't last long after that. Obviously I didn't care.

your behavior really says it all....but does not tell the real why.most common is that we can not give what we don't have.......children that do not get the positive feels of being loved have trouble as adults expressing what they never got.....when a child does not bond with caregiver they can not bond with others as a adult.........or you really in your heart of hearts you do not love the guy......be straight with him ..........

Have you ever found it hard to say "I love you?" What do you do when someone looks you in the eye and say I love you, and you just can't say it back, maybe because you just don't feel it "yet" or you just aren't comfortable saying it. What, if anything can you say? If I didn't love them...yea.. But if I do...I just say...yo...I love you

Ummm....I am very fond of you too? Seriously though, if you love them, they deserve to know it. If you aren't there yet, or think you never will be...they deserve to know that too.

I would look him in the eye and say Thank you for loving me.... I always just said thanks when a guy told me he loved me but never said it back if I didn't mean it.

I do it the old fashioned way.....I dress up as a Knight in Shining Armor and then ask her if she wants to get freaky.
