angry

A concealed carrier in Mobile, Alabama opened fire on an armed robber who was holding employees at gun point. But now the family of the armed robber who was shot by the good Samaritan is angry and speaking out against what the hero did to the armed criminal. (Watch video at end of post)

When this CCW permit holder (who is remaining anonymous) saw employees being held at gunpoint by a masked gunman in a Family Dollar, he decided to do something about it. He saw the gunman pointing a gun at the head of an employee who was on his knees, when he pulled out his own gun to stop the crime.

Hey, don't move, the unidentified customer said as he pointed his gun at the suspect, 18-year-old Adric White. But when White swung his gun around the gun carrying customer shot him 5 times.

Despite the fact the White already has robbery charges from previous incidents, his family is now crying out for justice.

"If his life was not in danger, if no one had a gun up to him, if no one pointed a gun at him, what gives him the right to think that its OK to just shoot someone. You should have just left the store and went wherever you had to go in your car or whatever", the suspects family member said.

Let them be angry, the kid was committing a crime, someone stopped him, the police would have reacted the same way if he had swung the gun towards them.

Until the DOJ get's into the picture and starts a Case about how the poor Kids Civil Rights were violated!

That's what they want though. Don't intervene in a crime just run away. Don't try to protect your neighborhood, STFU and run away. A girl getting beaten on the streets by her boyfriend? Run away. An armed robbery? Run away. A suspicious guy wandering your neighborhood? Run away.

Capitulate to the criminals. Give them the high ground. Just run away and let the crime happen. Don't get involved and don't get all heroic just let it happen. If you don't then the law will get you not the criminal. You could and should have just walked away.

That's the current DOJ, gotta remember it is run and overseen by racists.

DOJ with the dirty knees is a liability to justice.

Animal was served justice.

Rewards should be set aside for heroes such as the shooter.

Animals family prolly have more of the same, waiting to be killed.

A person is justified in using deadly force if [he] [she] reasonably believes that such force is necessary to prevent

1. imminent death or great bodily harm to [himself] [herself] or another, or

2. the imminent commission of (applicable forcible felony) against [himself] [herself] or another.

http://lawofselfdefense.com/jury_instruction/fl-3-6f-justifiable-use-of-deadly-force/

Maybe he should have stayed home instead of committing a felony. Justice served.

Perhaps what the suspect was doing was "Christmas shopping" for the complaining family member. indifferent

Oh give the kid a break.....he was probably just trying to raise funds to hire a good attorney to defend him for the other robbery he committed.

Ask yourself if you would want a public defender to represent you? laugh

Was he wearing a hoodie or look anything like Obama?
If there's any money to be made, Sharptounge will show up
If not he's just another dead thug.

so another person gets fifteen minutes

he was armed in a business, no ones going to care

no one has charged this person,

its not about whether there is money to be made, its about whether it is sensational enough for people to talk about it

and therefore to be reported as if its significant
