Your not using the right lead shot. Pick one that that has better lighting. Ditch the one you are using for a lead shot. You look like your under the influence and it is dark and menacing. The hair style in it isn't bad try that in good lighting and smiling it would be great.

You have a great smile use that to your advantage.

Might want to add a comment that makes you sound responsible and stable; two kids never been married makes it sound like you have issues. Most women will avoid a bad track record.
