Has Alec Baldwin gone over the edge?

The acclaimed actor saw his stalker and alleged former lover convicted and sentenced to six months in jail on Thursday morning, but instead of the verdict lightening his sprits, Baldwin has instead become verbally and physically abusive to the photographers who have been following his every move.

In his latest altercation, Baldwin, who cried during his court testimony, shoved a photographer and smacked the camera out of his hand on Friday morning in New York City.

After the confrontation, the photographer followed the actor for a few blocks and engaged him in conversation, telling Baldwin he had assaulted him, which Baldwin denied, before saying: "You take a walk ... you don't wanna get hurt, do ya?"

Friday’s dust-up came after Baldwin rushed another photographer on Thursday and hurled a racial slur. In a video posted on TMZhttp://global.fncstatic.com/static/v/all/img/external-link.png on Thursday, the MSNBC “Up Late” host went after two paparazzi he said were too close to his wife and child, calling one what sounded like: "c**ksucking f*g."

The actor later claimed-- in a now deleted tweet-- that he said " c**ksucking fat head," according to TMZ.http://global.fncstatic.com/static/v/all/img/external-link.png Either way, he was willing to apologize for at least some of his words.

"Anti-gay slurs are wrong. They not only offend, but threaten hard fought tolerance of LGBT rights," he wrote. "[Rich Ferraro] from @GLAAD informs me that c'sucker is an anti-gay epithet. In which case I apologize and will retire it from my vocabulary."

TMZ added that Baldwin threatened to sue the website for suggesting he used an anti-gay slur.

Baldwin’s latest outbursts come five months after he had to apologize for using homophobic slurs to violently threaten a British reporter who said his wife Hilaria Thomas had tweeted about wedding presents and TV appearances during James Gandolfini's funeral.

"If put my foot up your f**king ***, George Stark, but I'm sure you'd dig it too much," one of Baldwin's tweet read.

"I'm gonna find you George Stark, you toxic little queen, and I'm gonna f**k you... up," he added.

Later Baldwin wrote the following apology, again to GLAAD:

"My ill-advised attack on George Stark...had absolutely nothing to do with issues of anyone's sexual orientation. My anger was directed at Mr. Stark for blatantly lying and disseminating libelous information about my wife and her conduct at our friend's funeral service. As someone who fights against homophobia, I apologize."

Baldwin is no stranger to public tirades. He was thrown off an airplane in 2011 for refusing to turn his phone off while playing Words With Friends. And following a February altercation with a newspaper photographer, Baldwin reportedly made racist remarks, calling him a "coon" and a "crackhead."

“He was saying some serious racist stuff,” New York Post photographer G.N. Miller said at the time. “He said some choice words about my mother, and he was telling people in the street that I’m a drug dealer."

Baldwin denied he said any such thing.

The actor also once left a demeaning message on his daughter's answering machine calling her a "pig," a message that was made public in 2007.

It has been a tough couple of months for Baldwin, who has been preparing for the trial of his stalker, Genevive Sabourin, who had claimed he slept with her and then jilted her. He also started hosting a new talk show on MSLSD in October, only to see its ratings decline my more than 40 percent since its debut. In addition, his radio podcast was discontinued in September.

He is losing it. Although if you look through the pictures on the news site you could see why, his wife looks like a street walking bowwow.

He should also be criminally charged and arrested for assault and battery.

I'm a little puzzled about why anybody would care what Baldwin does and why any of this would even be news. With millions of people starving and being bombed on a daily basis, I would think people should rightly be a lot more concerned about that than the personal life of one man.
