I haven't been here more than about a week myself, but seems like you meet more actual people by communicating on the forums rather than random spam/scam responses by the match system. Also, I recall someone else mentioned that you can set yourself to stealth mode on this site so you may want to make sure your account options aren't on that setting as well to ensure you get messages.

Like others said, join in the forums, you'll have better luck that way. And as for receiving messages, I tell guys they need to start making the first move; I don't email guys first, ever. I'm also hesitant to talk to guys I haven't met from the forums.
So....jump in the forums, get to know people, and once you've clicked with someone, send her an email. Maybe she'll reply. If nothing else, you can make a lot of friends. Good luck. |

Welcome, the action is in the forums ^^^ It's a fact. *and* if you want a continuous stream of action headed your direction in the form of comments then leave one of your own in the game section under the threads 'What would you do if you found the person above you naked?' and 'Which mingle member would you kiss?' Granted, you may only get the same two people responding with you, but your quiet, lonely days on this site will be essentially over. And chat with Leigh, she's a very talented writer and conversationalist, really fun to chat with as long as you don't mind undiluted opinions and very direct expressions of her thoughts. =) |

Lol, you know it's funny- I did, I was beginning to take courses at college to prepare for local government runs as a side note to becoming a lawyer. But I've come to believe like Socrates did, for different reasons, that even in the off-chance that I managed to worm my way into elected office, that I wouldn't last long. And, honestly, after some more examination of that choice, I think there are way more worthwhile things I could be doing personally. And back to what you said, it was definitely a compliment.
