Got all the camping stuff together cleaned up and ready to go... Since my son tends not to clean anything after using it shshhs... Now all I have to do is pack my bag and get the food I'm taking ready... Sounds like fun Carol, never been to a crawfish boil or had it... |

Sounds like everyone had a great weekend. Mine was nice but mostly quiet. Next weekend I am going to college station for my granddaughters high school graduation. I am making potato salad for the party Sunday and coffee cake for breakfast. Emily is my first grandchild and only granddaughter.

I will have the pleasure (LOL) of seeing my ex husband and his wife for the first time in over 20 years. |

Just a little FYI MY TEXAS roots go back to the second group of colonists; bought their land from Stephen Austin, several ancestors names on the San Jacinto monument (died in that battle) & family cemetery (close to Sugar Land) is a historical monument. There is a book written about the "Munson" cattle family. I am PROUD of my Texas connection. |

That's neat Don..
Ironic part is my grandparents and all my uncles and aunts all lived in Nebraska. It is where my family immigrated to when they came over from Prussia in 1906. I myself only lived in Kearney for a year when I was 12. We moved there to meet my granddad and to be around him... When he passed away my dad brought us back to Fort Worth... |

Next time y'all are at the Alamo count how many Mitchells died there. We came with Crockett.
