wow...I this is such a rough time to go through.

I recently separate from my husband. We have a one year old son and he has refused to financially support our son...and i am now finding it difficult to maintain my self and my son with a part time job..i am seeking job...but have gotten no response...i feel so hopeless sometime and i cry endlessly..i need prayers to get me through my disastrous struggle ...please pray for me and my son...I will include you in my prayers as well

My mom had surgery yesterday to remove the tumor, and the bleeding. She is recovering in the ICU, things went well. Thank you for your continued prayers!

Prayers for your mom and all of your family.

So my mom came home, and was doing amazing! We did find out the tumor was caused from melanoma she had a year and a half ago, and they could not get all of it out. They have started her on a clinical trial to see if it works. In the mean time she went yesterday for pre-treatment evaluation, and told the doctor her leg has been hurting. They did an ultrasound and found a blood clot. They can not give her blood thinners because she has bleeding in her brain from the surgery. We are just waiting now to see what the next step is. She is at the hospital and being monitored. Just feeling so overwhelmed right now.

Well it has now metastasized to her lung. Waiting to hear on the clinical trial still.

Alright, wish I had good news, but hopefully soon. She is stage 4, but still treatable. She has a tumor in her lung and brain both from the melanoma. The tumor in her lung is 8 mm but has to be 10 mm for her to qualify for the clinical trial. So basically the tumor in her lung has to grow but the one in her brain can't for her to qualify. She is starting immuno therapy 2/10. Hopefully good news soon, but I know it will get worse before it gets better, if it does get better. I hate this

I get lot of stuff from the Musella and the news there is very hopeful that we are moving towards cures. They seem to be a wonderful network for families I would check it out.
